TuneUp ("Sintonizy") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be accessed at the U.S. Copyright Office https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, TuneUp will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the TuneUp service and/or TuneUp website (the “Site”) if such allegations are communicated to the Syntonizy Designated Copyright Agent identified in the notification template below.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or are authorized to act under any exclusive right protected by copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through the Site by completing the Notice of Alleged Infringement of the DMCA and turning it over to Tutunizy's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notification as described below, TuneUp will, at its sole discretion, take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removing the content in question from the Site.
Notice of Alleged Infringement of the DMCA (“Notice”)
Identify the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed, or provide a representative list of copyrighted materials if the Notice applies to multiple copyrighted materials.
Identify the material or link that you claim is infringing (or the subject of the activity that is infringing) to which access should be disabled, including, as a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the location exact where the material can be found.
Please provide your company title (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number and, if available, email address.
Include the following two statements in the body of the Notification:
“I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a permitted use).”
"I declare that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or person authorized to act on the owner's behalf, of the copyright or exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
Include your full name and your electronic or physical signature.
